For the past several years I worked as a product manager, first on BlackRock’s Aladdin platform, then as the sole PM at Pallet, an early-stage, Bain-backed logistics startup. At both, design wasn’t simply a handoff; it was part of my job. I’ve led UI overhauls for a $10M ARR product and built 0-to-1 products from scratch. I’ve run product discovery, watched where people got stuck, and seen whether the things I designed actually worked, always tied to metrics that showed which changes truly mattered.
